We are simple, Your equipment will break, we will fix it.
The We have all seen computer equipment break. It is either a hardware or software failure but one way or another it just doesn't always work when we want it to. We can solve that problem for you. Some things are simple and can be resolved over the phone, other things take a bit more time or may need a new piece of hardware. Either way, we can fix it for you. If we can resolve it over the phone, no charge. We make our money when it gets a bit more complicated. 
Remote Support
We are able to set your entire network up to not only monitor your systems to prevent them from breaking down but we will also include the ability remote into your system and repair a software problem. You may get a call from us that something is going to break. It will be up to you to determine what you wish to do.

Getting a tech to your location can take hours
That is why we offer remote support. Which means that if you have trouble with your system, we can remote to your system, determine what is needed and  install software, remove malware or find out what hardware is needed so when a technician is dispatched they will have the hardware and the tools they need to fix it right the first time.
